  Quote and advise client of estimate of cost before commencing work

  Professional workman ship

  Carry dust pan and brush in work van at all times

  Place drop sheet or dust sheet under work area

Clean up dust or debris in work area after completion of job

  Service with smile

  Advise client of damaged roof tiles, to be replaced or repaired

Advise client to use flashing kit when antenna mast is passed through roof tiles, this is used to prevent water from entering the roof cavity.

(Not to use silicone only around the mast as it passes through the tile. This type of installation over time deteriorates and may allow water into roof space onto the ceiling)
